PRICE LIST EXPLANATIONS:

¹The right to reduced fees applies to:

students up to 26 years of age (children, school youth, students) - upon presentation of a valid school or student ID,
pensioners, retirees, and those over 65 years of age - upon presentation of a valid pensioner or disability ID, or a valid personal identification document,
disabled persons - upon presentation of a valid, individual ID,
to an accessible guardian (accompanying the user).

²The right to free use is granted:

children up to 10 years of age (applies to residents of the Mszczonów commune) accompanied by an adult - upon presentation of a valid school ID and a valid ID card and a declaration from the guardian,
children up to 3 years of age accompanied by an adult - upon presentation of a valid ID card and a declaration from the guardian,
Veterans and injured veterans within the meaning of the Act of 19 August 2011 on Veterans of Operations Abroad (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1569, as amended4) - upon presentation of a veteran or injured veteran ID card,
other persons in accordance with separate applicable regulations or programs - upon presentation of an appropriate document confirming the right to use the program under separate regulations or programs.

³ For each started hour, calculated in each of these rooms separately (sauna - external cave and internal saunas in sanitary complexes) right to free use is granted.

⁴The fee is the same for each person, regardless of whether they pay the full fee, a reduced fee or are entitled to free use of the swimming pool.

Notes on passes:

first-time purchasers of a season ticket pay a non-refundable fee of PLN 15;
a 30-day grace period applies to all season tickets, during which the funds accumulated on the season ticket do not expire; funds remaining on the season ticket cannot be used during this grace period;
debits from the account will be proportional to the length of stay at the pool or ice rink;
if, after settling the length of stay at the facility, there are insufficient funds in the season ticket account, the additional payment must be made in cash;
whenever a season ticket is renewed during its validity period or the grace period, the funds accumulated in the season ticket account are added to the renewed season ticket;
if a season ticket is renewed, its validity period is counted from the date of the last top-up;
after the season ticket grace period expires, any unused funds in the season ticket account are forfeited to the Thermal Pool Complex.

HANDLING FEE for extending the validity of the pass: PLN 10

paying the handling fee extends the validity of the pass by 30 days from its last day of validity;
extending the validity of the pass is only possible during its validity period and the grace period;
paying the handling fee does not increase the value of the accumulated funds on the pass.
